 Meet the Teacher Night has been rescheduled for October 8, 2020. (please see the message sent few days ago).
We worked diligently on creating poster advocating for protecting mountain gorillas, we presented the information and offered feedback.
In Social Studies we were busy learning about Alberta's and Canada's main regions.
On Monday, we had an online presentation about Wetlands led by Inside Education.
In math we solved problems involving probabilities.

 We used bart graphs to represent data.

In writing we were busy learning about ways to protect the habitat of mountain gorillas.

In science we explored the animals and plants' adaptations that allow them to thrive in wetlands.

This week we started using the mobile library, which takes place on Tuesday and Thursday.

We continued to be active by playing different games involving balance, strength and coordination.

We started our investigation into wetland habitats: swamp, fens, marshes and bogs.
In writing we learned about the interactions between humans and mountain gorillas.
In music we learned about the classical music, in particular the Mozart's compositions.
Picture Day is coming on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020.
